  2. Heat oil in a pan to 175°C, spoon portions of the mixture into the hot oil, and fry the doughnuts for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove them onto a plate lined with kitchen paper, and sprinkle with icing sugar or decorate with icing.
