Preparation:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then cut into small cubes.
  2. Also, cut the avocado into smaller pieces and chop the sun-dried tomatoes and chives.
  3. Mix the ingredients, adding mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the prepared mix onto the tortilla wrap. Leave about 3/4 inch (2 cm) of free space from one edge.
  5. Roll the tortilla from the side with the stuffing, then cut into small rolls and arrange on a plate decorated with rocket. For garnish, you can add a handful of sprouts.
