Trump's bold plan: U.S. to control Gaza, no return for Palestinians
The project that Donald Trump's administration wishes to implement in the Gaza Strip is evolving. The President of the USA states that Palestinians will not have the right of return under the plan for Washington to assume control of this area.
Donald Trump's vision for the Gaza Strip is evolving. There is another idea for resolving the conflict.
In an interview published on Monday, Trump mentioned that after the United States assumes control of this territory, Palestinians will not be permitted entry. Thus, the American concept for ending the conflict is developing.
Trump goes further. Palestinians will not have access to the Gaza Strip
Several years ago, the President, following discussions with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, indicated that the United States "will take control of the Gaza Strip." He also announced that America will level this area and create "an unlimited number of jobs" there. When asked if he would send American soldiers to Gaza, he added that he "will do what is necessary."
On Tuesday, during a joint conference with Benjamin Netanyahu, the President of the United States stated that they would take full responsibility for neutralizing all threats, including bombs and other weapons, in the region. Additionally, they plan to clear the area, remove damaged structures, and initiate economic development efforts that will generate limitless job opportunities and housing for local residents.
He had previously suggested that Palestinians should not reside in this area, explaining that for Palestine, this land is only associated with "death and destruction."
Trump believes that Palestinians need to be relocated to neighbouring Arab countries. They are expected to construct housing for them at their own expense.
