The process is as easy as making the sweet ones. Stuff the freshly prepared pancakes with the filling, and they're ready to be served.

Ingredients:
Crepes
- 475 millilitres of all-purpose flour,
- 2 eggs,
- 475 millilitres of milk,
- 355 millilitres of sparkling water,
- a pinch of salt,
- a tablespoon of oil.
Filling
- 1 onion,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 200 grams of ground beef,
- 1 teaspoon of hot paprika,
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin,
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of pepper,
- a tablespoon of oil,
- 255 grams of shredded cheese.
How to prepare:
- Begin with the crepes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to prevent lumps. Substitute it with your preferred recipe, but remember to exclude sugar.
- Allow the batter to rest for 20 minutes.
- Cook the crepes in a heated pan until golden.
- Proceed with the filling. Warm the oil in a pan; add finely chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until they soften.
- Add the meat and cook until it's thoroughly browned.
- Mix in all the spices thoroughly.
- Spread a generous amount of the filling on one crepe, sprinkle with cheese, and fold.
