Alarm at NATO base: Security level raised on Thursday

Let us recall, on Thursday evening at the base in Germany, the security level was raised. This was due to intelligence information "indicating a potential threat”.

- It is not a cause for concern and it is solely a preventive measure to ensure that we can continue our key activities - said the base's spokesman on Thursday, quoted by "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung".

As AFP points out, Germany, as one of Kyiv's key allies in the war in Ukraine, remains at the highest level of readiness in case of sabotage or attacks on its military facilities.
