Spotify's December surprise: When will the wrapped 2024 drop?

Spotify, as usual, will surprise music fans and make Wrapped available without announcing a specific date in advance.

Experts predict that Spotify Wrapped might not be available until 4 December. The following day, on 5 December 2024, a Wrapped concert is organised at the Indonesian branch of the streaming giant. Spotify is ramping up the atmosphere every year around the most anticipated compilation. Some app users have already received a notification: "The best time of the year is right around the corner. Get ready by revisiting your favorite tracks from years past." The message included dedicated Wrapped lists from 2022 and 2023, created individually for the user.

Checking Spotify Wrapped takes just a few seconds. First, ensure you have the updated Spotify app on your phone. Then open the app and look for the "Your Spotify Wrapped" banner or a similar tag on the main page—it usually appears at the top of the screen. If you don't see it, use the search feature by typing "Spotify Wrapped." After clicking, you'll receive an interactive presentation summarising your most-played tracks, artists, genres, and other musical curiosities. You can also easily share your results on social media with dedicated graphics.
