Rice flakes with milk - recipe
Ingredients:
- 240ml of milk,
- 60g of rice flakes,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey,
- optionally: bananas, pears, seasonal fruits, maple syrup, peanut butter, jam.
Preparation:
- Boil the milk and add the rice flakes. Cook for no longer than 5 minutes. Add sugar towards the end of cooking. If you're using honey, add it when the flakes have cooled down.
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
Tips:
- You can replace cow's milk with coconut, rice, almond, or soy milk.
