How to make a "mushroom" omelette? Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of flour,
  • 4 tablespoons of milk,
  • salt,
  • clarified butter for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks with a pinch of salt, and mix the yolks with milk and flour.
  2. Then, gently combine the mixtures so the foam doesn't collapse too much.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan and pour the egg mixture onto it. Once the bottom is browned, flip the omelette to the other side. Use a toothpick to prick the dough if you want the middle to cook faster.
  4. Remove the ready "Mushroom" Omelette from the pan and serve with your favourite toppings.
