The jar and water trick

To secure parsley properly, you don't need any special skills. All you need are two jars—one larger, one smaller—a lid (that fits the larger jar), and water.

To keep parsley fresh for longer, start by placing the lid-fitting large jar on the kitchen counter. Then, on this base, place the small jar, which you fill with water. Put the fresh parsley into the small jar, then cover the construction with the larger jar, ensuring it is tightly closed. And that's it—the homemade construction that extends the lifespan of parsley is ready.

Store the secured parsley in the refrigerator. Thanks to this solution, nothing will go to waste in your kitchen again, and you will always have fresh parsley on hand to enrich the flavour of any dish.
