Ingredients for Dubai chocolate

Preparing Dubai chocolate at home is a task that, with proper preparation, can bring a lot of satisfaction. What ingredients are needed to make Dubai chocolate?

  • 450 g of milk or dark chocolate
  • 140 g of kataifi pastry
  • 40 g of butter
  • 85 g of pistachio cream

Dubai chocolate preparation

To prepare Dubai chocolate, chop 450 g and melt half of it in a bain-marie. Then coat a mould with the liquid chocolate and place it in the refrigerator to set. Cut filo or kataifi pastry into thin strips, fry until golden brown, adding butter to make it crispy, then mix it with pistachio cream. Place the resulting filling on the set chocolate in the mould. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the top of the filling, refrigerating the whole thing once more to set.
