While cooking them, I hardly have to summon anyone twice for supper. Each family member is eagerly at the dining table in no time. Additionally, they promptly request a hearty serving of these crunchy pancakes. You'll likely experience the same!

A mere bite of these crispy pancakes will leave you in awe. They're truly that scrumptious!
Ingredients:
- 6-8 potatoes,
- approximately 100 grams of poultry ham,
- approximately 100 grams of grated cheddar,
- 2 tablespoons of chives,
- 1/2 a teaspoon of crushed garlic,
- 60 grams of wheat flour,
- 100 ml of vegetable oil for frying,
- seasonings: salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
Step 1. I commence the recipe by prepping the potatoes. I first peel and then cook them in salted water. Finally, I transfer the potatoes to a big bowl and mash them with a potato masher.
Step 2. As the subsequent ingredient, I add poultry ham into the bowl. Beforehand, I cut it into petite cubes.
Step 3. I also don't overlook the addition of: grated yellow cheese, finely chopped chives, crushed garlic, wheat flour, salt and pepper.
I thoroughly blend all ingredients with an ordinary tablespoon to create an ideal medley of flavours. At the conclusion of this process, I start to knead the contents of the bowl by hand.
Step 4. I divide the resultant mixture into smaller bits, then I fashion petite pancakes from them. The process of preparing one pancake takes me less than 30 seconds, making it truly a swift idea for dinner.
Step 5. I position a frying pan on the stove and pour oil into it. Once the pan along with the oil is suitably heated, I put the small pancakes in it and initiate frying them on both sides for 4 minutes.
Within this duration, each pancake should develop a beautiful golden hue.
Step 6. Upon removing the pancakes from the pan, I drain them briefly on a kitchen towel to get rid of excess oil. I serve the freshly cooked pancakes garnished with finely chopped chives. And there you have it, bon appétit!
