How to eliminate moss from cobblestones?

Moss on cobblestones destroys the surface and becomes very slippery, which can lead to unfortunate accidents. If it has appeared on your home sidewalk, grab these products and eliminate it as quickly as possible.

One way to remove moss from cobblestones is to mix white vinegar with water in a 2:1 ratio, then transfer the mixture to a spray bottle. Shake the mixture well and spray it over the moss-covered areas. It's best to do this generously and not skimp on the solution.

You can use undiluted vinegar if there's a substantial amount of moss. It will work faster and more effectively. The moss will be burned off this way and disappear after a few days. If not, apply the same trick a week later. Do not use it more than once a week.

Moss on the lawn? Try this

There are also simple and proven methods if you're fighting moss that constantly grows on your lawn. One of them is wood ash - from the fireplace or bonfire. Ash contains many valuable substances, such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium, essential for proper grass growth. Spread it on the lawn, and you'll see the moss disappear like magic. It will also enhance the colour and condition of the grass.

Iron sulfate is another product that will help remove moss from the lawn. It's similar in effect. The sulfate contains iron and sulfur, which lower the soil's pH. Spread iron sulfate over the lawn's surface; after two or three days, the moss will turn black. Then, you need to rake it out.
