"The move would potentially let Ukraine use American weapons, even as the US withdraws its military support for the country, as Trump tries to negotiate an end to the three-year war," reads "Bloomberg."

The Trump administration has informed Western allies that it wants them to purchase American weapons and military equipment to maintain NATO unity. Additionally, the USA expects Europe to buy more American energy.

European support package

In Munich, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that Europe would focus on military training, expediting aid, arms deliveries, and what Europe can offer as security guarantees.

- We will launch a large package that has never been seen in this dimension before - said German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock in an interview on the sidelines of the meeting in Munich.

A potential source of funding could be frozen Russian assets valued at £240 billion, which are held in various European countries.
