The simplest no-bake cake — recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of digestive biscuits,
  • small tin of condensed milk,
  • 750 grams of cream cheese (can be curd cheese),
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate,
  • optional: fresh fruits, caramel.

Preparation:

  1. Take out a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Fill the bottom with digestive biscuits.
  2. Prepare the cream. Mix the cheese with condensed milk into a fluffy mass. Pour it over the digestive biscuits and the surface with a silicone spatula.
  3. Lay another layer of digestive biscuits and pour melted chocolate over them. That’s it. Enjoy!
