Taylor Swift's surprising concert diet: No alcohol or sugary drinks

Taylor Swift boasts a phenomenal figure. Although she struggled with eating disorders years ago, today, she seems to take excellent care of her health. To this end, she has given up drinking several specific beverages.

What Taylor Swift has eliminated from her diet

Taylor Swift takes excellent care of her food, especially on a concert tour. She needs enough strength and energy to enthrall the thousands of fans who come to her shows, and a proper diet can be crucial in this case.

It turns out that during such an intense time when she performs almost day after day, she has given up drinking alcohol. This is because she would need to recover for several days afterwards, which she cannot afford.

This does not mean, however, that she does not occasionally indulge in her favourite drink. She only does so sporadically and during her off time from performances.

She has wholly eliminated sugary and carbonated drinks from her diet, which are not only unhealthy but can also affect her figure.

Taylor Swift loves to cook

When it comes to food, Taylor Swift is somewhat less strict. Daily, she ensures that her meals are healthy, low-calorie, and easy to digest. From time to time, the star also allows herself a little culinary indulgence. She then enjoys hamburgers, fries, and ice cream, among other things.

Not everyone knows that the singer often prepares meals for herself and her loved ones, which she proudly shares online. She particularly enjoys baking cakes and cookies.
