- I am bald. I hardly have any teeth. And who is to blame for this? Our beloved Vladimir Vladimirovich. (...) Send the FSB, Rosguard, or whoever you want to kill me - says Dmitry Zolotov, a frustrated Russian veteran, in the recording. Despite being severely injured, the state did not pay him any compensation.

The author of the dramatic plea asserts that he served on the front lines in Ukraine for six months. He was seriously injured in the arm.

- I experienced the nightmare of front-line combat (...). They didn't pay me anything. I received pennies while I was fighting, but that’s it. And it's okay? And you elect this president? What the hell do you need him for? - Zolotov asked.

- He promises and doesn't pay. But it’s us, the soldiers, who get hurt, die, see our comrades lose their heads. You go into an attack, and your buddy loses his head? Isn't that terrifying? And then you report for money to the special operations participant protection fund, the army, and the draft board, and they reply: "We'll see." Wonderful - Zolotov narrated.

"send the FSB, Rosguard, or whoever you want to kill me"

The soldier insists he doesn't want people to send him money, only to support him, so his desperate plea reaches Putin. He insists he only wants the funds due to him under the contract, not "golden mountains."

- Vladimir Vladimirovich, aren't you bluffing? Send the FSB, Rosguard, or whoever you want to kill me - he says resignedly.
