Each of us dreams of healthy, shiny, and thick hair. Unfortunately, the autumn-winter season is not kind to our hairstyles, often leading to hair loss or weakened strands. You don't have to spend a fortune on cosmetics to strengthen them.

Rosemary is a plant with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Additionally, it has many applications in various fields such as cooking, pharmacy, and cosmetology. Rosemary is most commonly used as a culinary ingredient and a component in herbal remedies. However, not many people know that its properties can also be beneficial for hair and scalp care.

Properties of rosemary

Rosemary infusion can help address the problem of hair loss. It effectively stimulates circulation, encouraging hair follicles to grow. Additionally, it fights dandruff and can manage excessive hair oiliness. Rosemary strengthens, improves the condition, and prevents brittleness. Besides that, it adds shine and smooths the hair, making it look healthy.

Recipe for homemade rosemary rinse

We found the rosemary trick on TikTok.“This homemade elixir is a secret I discovered thanks to my grandmother,” reads the post. You only need water and rosemary. How do you make it? Put a few sprigs of rosemary in a pot and pour in about a litre of water.

“Boil the rosemary for 30 minutes, and the water that condenses on the lid will be your ally in hair care,” explains the user.

The resulting mixture should be strained into a bottle. It's worth using right after a shower. You'll notice the effects quickly.
