This lemon salad is tasty and straightforward to make. In just 15 minutes, you can prepare a healthy dish for lunch and dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 iceberg lettuce,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1/2 a package of feta cheese,
- 2 lemons,
- 100g of green olives,
- 1 package of Greek salad dressing,
- 1 cucumber,
- 1/2 a bunch of fresh mint.
Preparation:
- Preparing the lettuce: Start by tearing the iceberg into smaller pieces and placing them in a large bowl.
