This doesn't mean reaching for unusual ingredients and vegan substitutes; just potatoes will suffice. When you serve potato patties with a delicious mushroom sauce, the dish will be complete and surely enjoyed by the whole family.
Are potatoes high in calories? No worries
Are you worried that potatoes are fattening? Potatoes are not as high in calories as we think. They have significantly fewer calories than grains and pasta. Early potatoes contain only 85 calories per 100 grams, and late potatoes 110 calories per 100 grams. They are also well-suited for diets because they are easily digestible and easily absorbed. They contain trace amounts of fat. They also have an alkaline-forming effect, which negates the acid-forming effect after eating meat.
