Dry skin, lack of regular moisturising, and improper footwear are the main causes of heel problems. Vitamin deficiencies and conditions such as diabetes also affect the health of the feet. Cracked heels can lead to discomfort and even pain, which is why it's extremely important to regularly care for the skin of your feet.

Green tea infusion

Neglecting your feet can lead to dry skin, calluses, or painful cracks. However, foot care doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Many home methods effectively moisturise and refresh the skin.

It's worth incorporating a simple ritual into your daily routine: a nourishing foot bath. Just 20 minutes a week is enough to notice the effects. You can use natural ingredients for the bath, such as green tea. Pour boiling water over a few tea bags, add salt, and soak your feet in it after the infusion cools down. After 20 minutes, gently remove dead skin and apply a cream with vitamin A.

Natural foot care methods

An alternative to tea is flaxseed, which also nourishes. Regularly using such treatments will keep your feet soft and healthy-looking all year round. Many specialists recommend regular foot baths with Epsom salt or essential oils. Such a bath softens the skin, making removing dead skin easier and relaxing you after a long day.

A popular method is using natural ingredients like yoghurt, which, with its moisturising properties, helps combat dry heels. Apply yoghurt to clean feet, and after 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
