Weekends in many households must include a sweet dessert. I grew up in such a family and maintained this tradition in my adult life. Recently, my family has gone crazy for a particular cake that they could eat all the time. They keep asking for it and don't want to hear about other options.
What dessert am I talking about? It's an unfailing no-bake cake made of several delicious layers. Each element of this sweet dessert is a perfect fit, giving the whole cake an incredible taste. Ingredients:
Cake:
- 200g butter cookies,
- 200g cocoa cookies,
- 1 can of dulce de leche,
- 450ml cream (30%),
- 250g mascarpone,
- 100g cocoa cookies with milk cream,
- 1 jar of raspberry jam,
- 300g milk chocolate with nuts.
Decoration:
- 8 cocoa cookies with milk cream.
Preparation Method:
Step 1. Start making the no-bake cake by creating the base. Use butter cookies and place them in an 18 x 28 cm mould.
Step 2. Next, prepare the cream—whip well-chilled cream with mascarpone. After a moment, add the cocoa cookies with milk cream, broken into smaller pieces, to the creamy mixture.
Step 3. Spread the ready cream directly on the base. Then, using only cocoa cookies, create the next layer of the dessert.
Step 4. This isn't the end of the work on the tasty cake. The following layers are created using dulce de leche, more butter cookies, raspberry jam, and cocoa cookies.
Step 5. The last layer consists of melted milk chocolate with nuts. Just before putting the cake in the fridge, decorate it with pieces of cocoa cookies and milk cream. Then, place the cake in the fridge for 5 hours.
