Lavender is a plant known and valued for centuries not only for its charming fragrance but also for a range of beneficial properties. In ancient times, it was already used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes, but few people know that you can also make delicious lemonade from it.

Lavender is known for its calming and relaxing properties, making it ideal for stressed people. It also benefits the digestive system by accelerating metabolism and the secretion of digestive juices. All this makes lavender lemonade a great drink for those who are tired and stressed or on a weight-loss diet.
