Jennifer Aniston does not have children. She has discussed this emotively in interviews. When the words of J.D. Vance, a potential future vice president of the USA, about "childless cat ladies" emerged, she felt compelled to respond. "I cannot believe..." the star began.

The media have speculated for years about why Jennifer Aniston never had children. The fact that she never became a mother has been the subject of numerous online debates. People wrote that she chose her career or is so modern that she never thinks about having children. Others pointed out that her relationships did not work out, so she never started a family. Only after years did Jennifer Aniston decide to reveal the truth. In an interview with "Allure" in 2022, she said she had tried to get pregnant for years. Her confession surprised many.

Jennifer Aniston comments on J.D. Vance's words

"I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it," she says. "I would've given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.' You just don't think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed," she said.

"The narrative that I was just selfish; I just cared about my career. And God forbid a woman is successful and doesn't have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn't give him a kid. It was absolute lies. I don't have anything to hide at this point,," she said in an interview.

Now the actress had to react. A statement by J.D. Vance, nominated by Donald Trump and the Republicans as a future vice president of the United States, started circulating online. Over the years, Vance has been known for his conservative views. He was the author of the famous book in the United States, "Hillbilly Elegy," which was made into a film. "Hillbilly Elegy" featured Glenn Close and Amy Adams, and in the movie, there was a crude joke about Polish people.

A fragment of an interview with Vance from July 2021 began circulating online. He talked about Kamala Harris, who has never become a mother. Without mercy, in an interview with Fox News, he said that women who have not had children are "bunch of childless cat ladies with miserable lives" and that they contribute nothing to America.

A screenshot of the interview appeared on Jennifer Aniston's InstaStories on 24 July this year. The actress felt she had to comment on the politician's words. "I truly cannot believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States," she wrote.

""All I can say is… Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children one day. I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too," the actress added.
