Ingredients:
- 200 ml of water,
- 75 g of sugar,
- 4 kiwis,
- 1 mango,
- 300 g of raspberries,
- 1/4 watermelon,
- 400 g of blueberries.
Preparation:
Step 1. Start by preparing the fruits, which need to be peeled and cut into smaller pieces. In this case, we're talking about watermelon, kiwi, and mango. The other fruits (raspberries and blueberries) should be thoroughly washed and dried with a kitchen towel.
Step 2. Next, place a pot of water on the burner and add sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep it on the burner until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3. The next step is straightforward. Using a blender, separate purée each fruit type to create colourful mixtures.
Step 4. Pour each mixture into separate bowls, then add a few tablespoons of the previously prepared sugar-water mixture.
Step 5. Finally, assemble the cold dessert. To do this, place a cup on the kitchen counter, add another layer every 2 hours, and then put it in the freezer.
Step 6. After pouring the third layer, remember to place a wooden stick in the cup. Secure the stick with a kitchen clip to keep it stable.
Step 7. After each layer is frozen, remove the kitchen clip and pour the subsequent layers until the cup is full. Each time, the fruit ice creams go back into the freezer. And that's it, enjoy!
