Homemade pistachio ice cream - recipe

- 35 grams unsalted pistachios,
- 250 grams of natural yogurt,
- 1.5 teaspoons honey.

Preparation method:
- Transfer the pistachios to a small bowl and cover with water. Set aside for about an hour. After this time, drain them carefully and transfer them to a blender, setting aside a tablespoon of nuts.
