Colorful, juicy, crunchy, and, of course, tasty, smoked chicken salad should be in your recipe book. There's nothing better for parties with close friends. Make a double batch because it disappears in the blink of an eye.

Smoked chicken, a handful of crunchy nuts, several juicy ingredients, and a distinctive sauce are all it takes to create a delicious salad for any occasion. What more could you want from a salad? Only a portion of fresh herbs and a little room in your stomach because one serving will not be enough.

Looking for a recipe to use smoked chicken? This salad is perfect.

Did you end up with smoked chicken but don't know how to use it in the kitchen? This salad will be a great start to that adventure. Crunchy nuts, juicy apples, and celery will make sure one serving won’t be enough. But first, take care of the quality of the ingredients.

Apples should ideally be firm and slightly sweet. The readily available Ligol variety, as well as Champion, would do well. Smoked chicken can now be bought in most markets. Pay attention to the product's composition - it mustn't contain preservatives and sugar.

Smoked Chicken Salad. Recipe

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of smoked chicken,
- 1 large apple, preferably firm and sweet,
- 3 stalks of celery,
- A handful of walnuts,
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 1 and a half tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 1 teaspoon of mustard,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Salt, pepper,
- Fresh dill.

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into small cubes; do not peel the apples; cut them into similar-sized cubes.

2. Cut the celery into small pieces.
3. Toast walnuts in a dry pan and then lightly crush them, leaving larger pieces.

4. Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with yoghurt, mustard, and garlic pressed through a crusher.

5. Combine the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

6. Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh dill.
