According to the reports, the attacks targeted a military airport in Morozovsk, facilities supplying the Russian army with petroleum products in the Rostov region, an ammunition depot in the Oryol region, and an oil storage facility in the Belgorod region.

After the attack, the most spectacular scene was at the airport in Morozovsk, where a huge column of fire rose above the buildings. It is believed that aviation fuel tanks caught fire. There were also reports that the blaze had spread to an ammunition warehouse.

All the targets of the night attack are located several hundred miles from the Ukrainian border. The drones covered this distance without being detected by Russian air defences.
