Famous potato pancakes are excellent on their own, but there is a way to make them even more appetising and satisfying. Simply prepare them a little differently than usual by using the Czech recipe.
What goes well with potato pancakes?
Czech potato pancakes are the perfect option for dinner, supper, or as a snack that will satisfy even greater hunger. They can also be served as a side to other dishes, such as grilled meat. What is their secret ingredient? Finely chopped bacon adds crispiness and aroma. However, this is just one of the additions that complement the pancakes. Vegetables such as onions or peppers can also be incorporated into the potato mixture. Mushrooms are also a good choice. Many people are fans of pancakes with horseradish.
