Rice patties: A healthier and versatile twist on a classic dish
Patties? Typically, the first thought is of classic, meaty ground patties. However, they can also be made from other ingredients. My rice patties are praised even by my vegetarian friends. Their preparation is very simple.
Rice patties are an excellent alternative to the classic, meaty version of this dish.
Meatless patties
Meatless patties are healthier and lighter than the traditional versions. Their preparation is straightforward, and the variety of ingredients makes it easy to customise them to individual taste preferences. Additionally, such patties are cheaper to make and can be just as filling as the meaty ones. Vegetarian patties are also an excellent source of plant-based protein and other valuable nutrients. They are ideal for vegetarians and vegans, but also for those who want to reduce meat consumption. Thanks to them, you can introduce more vegetables and seeds into your diet, which will positively affect your health.
Rice patties taste best with aromatic sauces
The basic ingredients for preparing vegetarian patties are vegetables, grains, and seeds. There are plenty of recipes for patties made from potatoes, cauliflower, lentils, chickpeas, broad beans, or buckwheat. It's also worth trying rice patties. They are very delicate and juicy. They go great with seasonal accompaniments, especially mushroom sauce.
