How to make stuffed tomatoes that will look like tulips?
Ingredients:
- small tomatoes,
- fresh chives,
- cream cheese with dill, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
- Prepare the filling for your edible tulips. Finely chop the dill and mix it with the cream cheese.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer it into a piping bag.
- Next, attend to the tomatoes. Cut each one from top to bottom in a crisscross pattern, allowing them to open beautifully, just like the petals of a real tulip.
- On the opposite side, use a toothpick to make a small hole. Then, insert the green chive into the hole—the stem of the edible tulip is ready.
- Finally, stuff each tomato with the previously prepared mixture and serve on a long plate.
