Cottage cheese is often chosen for breakfast. Usually, we eat it with fresh vegetables, radishes, or tomatoes. It's a great option, but you can turn the cheese into a casserole when the mornings get colder. More work? Not necessarily. The dish is easy to prepare, nutritious, and can be modified.
Always in the fridge
Cottage cheese, also known as white cheese, is one of the best breakfast choices. Dieticians confirm this because it's a great source of protein. The selection of cottage cheeses in stores is huge. When shopping, we can consider both classic cottage cheeses and homogenised cheeses, and also cottage cheese. And it's the latter that's the basis for this breakfast casserole. It's worth having it in the fridge. Cottage cheese casserole is an excellent option for a healthy and filling meal that has few calories and does not contain flour.
Never gets boring
Cottage cheese casserole is a dish that you could eat almost every day. It doesn't get boring because we have many add-ons that are easy to switch. It's an excellent alternative to traditional, more calorific breakfasts. There's also a good chance that children will like it.
