Ingredients:

  • 400g of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  •   
  • Pepper
  •   
  • Oil
  •   
  • Breadcrumbs
  •   
  • Flour
  •   
  • Optional: granulated garlic, panko
  • Preparation:

    1. Place the cheese on a board and cut it into 2-3 cm thick strips.
    2. Take out a bowl. Crack the eggs into it, add a pinch of salt and pepper, mix everything, and then dip the cheese in the prepared mixture.
    3. After dipping the cheese in the egg, coat it in breadcrumbs or panko. Panko will give the snack a fantastic crunch. You can buy it in the most significant markets.
    4. Place the breaded cheese in hot oil. Fry it on each side for 1-2 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
    5. Serve with your favourite sauce or ketchup.
