Biden approves Ukrainian strikes using US missiles in Russia
The administration of President Joe Biden reportedly gave Ukraine the green light to use American weapons for attacks on targets deep in Russian territory, according to Reuters, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter.

According to the agency's information, Ukraine plans to launch its first long-range attacks in the coming days using ATACMS missiles, which have a range of about 305 kilometres.
Reuters reports that the change in the US administration's decision was influenced by Russia's deployment of North Korean ground troops on the front.
The White House does not comment on the matter
The White House refused to comment on the issue, not addressing reports of the possible use of American weapons by Ukraine for attacks on Russian territory.
Although the sources cited by Reuters do not reveal their identities, they are said to be directly familiar with the situation.
NYT: missiles are to be used in the Kursk region
According to the New York Times, American long-range missiles are to be used against Russian and North Korean troops in the Kursk region.

A dark night in Ukraine
On the night from Saturday to Sunday, Russia conducted a series of air attacks on Ukraine. As President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conveyed, 120 missiles and 90 drones were launched, targeting the already severely weakened energy system. At least seven people died.
