How to make good brownie?
The brownie was invented in the United States. Thanks to a librarian who forgot to add baking powder while preparing a chocolate cake. This is how one of the most popular chocolate cakes in the world was created.
How to make a good brownie? The most important ingredient here is butter because it is responsible for the cake's unique, almost pouring consistency. And let's not forget about the chocolate. A classic brownie is made with 70% chocolate, which gives it a deep, chocolatey flavour. The batter also includes eggs, sugar, and a bit of flour to bind all the ingredients together. The cake can be enriched with various additives, such as nuts, fruits, or cheesecake filling.
However, there is a way to reduce the cake's calorie content without losing its intense, chocolatey flavour. Add grated courgette. This will make the cake about half as calorie-dense. Discover the simple recipe below.
