- 1 courgette,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion,
- 120 ml water,
- 60 g corn flour,
- 60 g plain flour,
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary,
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic,
- salt, pepper.
Preparation of courgette casserole – step by step
Courgette casserole is delicious and easy to prepare. Just a few steps, and you'll enjoy this aromatic and crispy dish.
Step 1: First, slice the courgette into thin slices, grate the carrot, and chop the onion finely. Transfer all the vegetables to a sieve placed over a bowl, season with salt, and mix. Set aside for 30 minutes to let the vegetables release their water.

Step 5: Place the baking dish with the courgette casserole in an oven preheated to 190°C and bake for about 40 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
