On Monday evening, the President of Ukraine met with American senators - Republican Lindsey Graham and Democrat Richard Blumenthal. He stated that they discussed what is needed to bring this war to a just conclusion, including the use of long-range weapons.
After the meeting, they called on the White House to approve the use of long-range missiles by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for attacks on Russia.
The Republican also commented on the situation in Kursk, Russia. "What do I think about Kursk? Bold, brilliant, beautiful. Keep it up. (...) Bottom line is to the administration. ... Give them weapons they need to win the war they can't afford to lose," said Lindsey Graham.
Ukrainian troops in Russia
The Armed Forces of Ukraine control about 1,000 square kilometres of the territory of the Russian Federation, informed the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, on Monday.
