Ingredients:

  • 350 ml of milk,
  • about 280 grams of natural yoghurt,
  • 3 egg yolks,
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener (erythritol or xylitol),
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin,
  • 4 tablespoons of boiling water,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation:

  1. Transfer the egg yolks to a saucepan, add the sweetener and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly. Heat and stir, gradually pouring in the milk. Be careful not to let it boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Pour boiling water over the gelatin, mix thoroughly, and set aside to cool. Then, add it to the egg yolk mixture.
  3. Whisk the yoghurt and also add it to the mixture. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mould, glasses, or bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. The ready dessert can be served with fresh fruits, grated dark chocolate, or coconut flakes for an extra touch.
