Trump's donors jolted by threats to bomb Moscow and Beijing
Donald Trump still shocks. During a meeting with his donors, the former president said that if he were the head of state, he would not hesitate to bomb Moscow and Beijing. "The Washington Post" reports on the matter, citing trusted sources.

The interlocutors cited by the American newspaper claim that Donald Trump "surprised some donors" with his words. During the meeting with them behind closed doors, he said that if, during his presidency, Russia had invaded Ukraine and China had invaded Taiwan, he would be ready to bomb Moscow and Beijing.
According to "The Washington Post", the Republican candidate is asking donors for millions of dollars to fund his presidential campaign. He explains the need for support by stating that the incumbent president, Joe Biden, has no intention of extending tax cuts for wealthy Americans and corporations.
24 hours vs. 24 minutes
Trump has repeatedly stated that as the President of the USA, "he would be able to negotiate the end of this terrible and rapidly escalating war within 24 hours".
Bloomberg reports that the former US president wants to organise a peace summit with the participation of the presidents of Ukraine and Russia—if he manages to return to the White House. He plans to pressure Kyiv to participate under the threat of reducing military support and Moscow with the opposing argument—threats that otherwise, he would increase arms supplies to Kyiv.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky himself responded to this. He invited Trump to Kyiv and stated that 24 minutes would be enough for him to "explain to Trump that he wouldn't be able to deal with this war". "We would like Donald Trump to come to Ukraine, see everything with his own eyes, and draw conclusions. I am ready to meet with him and discuss this issue. It is essential to us," said Zelensky in an interview with Paul Ronzheimer of "Bild".
The politician did not accept the invitation. His team explained the decision by saying that the Republican candidate in the US presidential elections does not consider it appropriate to visit Ukraine at this time since he is not in office.
Trump's plan for Ukraine
"The Washington Post" also obtained information on Trump's plan for Ukraine. The American politician wants to demand that Kyiv cede Crimea and Donbas to Russia. At the same time, the former president's team did not explain what would happen in such a case with other occupied territories—parts of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
Additionally, after meeting with the former American president at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that if the Republican wins the election and returns to the White House, he will halt aid to Kyiv.
According to The Washington Post, Trump said in one of his private conversations that both Russia and Ukraine "want to save face, want (to find—ed.) a way out" of the war. He also said that he believes that people living in some regions of Ukraine would certainly feel comfortable being part of Russia.
