- half a head of Napa cabbage,
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon of honey,
- 1 tablespoon of mustard,

- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the cabbage, then shred it into thin strips. Transfer the cabbage to a large bowl and rub it with salt.
