Three warning signs of advanced cancer to never ignore
Like many other serious diseases, cancer can remain hidden for a long time and sometimes give confusing signals. The symptoms of the disease vary depending on its stage. It is important to recognise which signs should raise our awareness.

Cancerous diseases are classified based on their stage on a scale from 0 to 4. The most dangerous is cancer at the fourth stage, which is usually incurable and has a very poor prognosis.
This is because, at this phase, metastases to other organs and tissues occur. In many cases, this situation is already beyond return, and treatment in such circumstances is exceptionally difficult.
These are the three main symptoms of advanced cancer
Research published in the journal "The Lancet Oncology" indicates that patients with cancer at the fourth stage frequently exhibit three main symptoms: chest pain, neck pain, and back pain. Importantly, these symptoms are characteristic of many types of cancer.
Researchers analysed 20 of the most common cancer symptoms in a group of approximately 8,000 people over the age of 25 who suffered from 12 different types of cancer, including bladder, colorectal, ovarian, lung, rectal, endometrial, kidney, laryngeal, oral cavity, prostate, oropharyngeal cancer, and melanoma. The results indicate specific symptoms.
These symptoms indicate that cancer has already spread widely
It was discovered that over half of the participants suffering from earlier stages of cancer developed 13 specific symptoms. These include a changed mole, bleeding from the rectum, a lump in the breast, problems with the lower urinary tract, altered bowel habits, blood in urine, chronic fatigue, hoarseness, abdominal pains, weight loss, pains in the lower abdominal area, and postmenopausal bleeding. As you can see, the symptoms and characteristics of cancers are numerous.
None of the symptoms mentioned above should be ignored. Consultation with a doctor is necessary, especially if the symptoms are persistent or intensifying. Quick diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial to increasing the chances of recovery. Prevention is fundamental in the case of cancers.
Early cancer detection significantly enhances the possibilities for complete recovery from the disease. Starting treatment in the early stages often enables complete recovery from cancer and prevents it from metastasising to other organs.
