- Don’t overheat the pan: Heat the pan over medium heat. High temperature will cause the omelette to set quickly, losing its fluffiness and moisture.
- Mixing the ingredients: Instead of mixing them in a bowl, put them in a closed jar and shake for a few minutes. This will make the omelette more aerated and light.
- Fry with a cover: Frying the omelette under a lid over very low heat retains moisture and makes the omelette soft and delicate.
Recipe for the best egg omelette
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of milk,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- a pinch of baking powder,
- a pinch of salt,
- a pinch of sugar,
- olive oil for frying.
Additions:
