Ingredients:

- 800g of Greek yogurt,

- 3-4 tablespoons of erythritol (or another sweetener),
- 1 large tablespoon of your favourite flavour sugar-free jelly.

Preparation:

1. Dissolve the jelly in a small amount of hot water, mix thoroughly until dissolved, and set aside for a moment.

2. Meanwhile, blend the Greek yoghurt with erythritol. Once it dissolves well, add the previously prepared jelly (give it another stir before pouring) and mix everything at low speed.

3. Place the mixed cream in the fridge for a while to thicken.
4. Once ready, spread the cream on a cake, torte, or other desserts.
