If you want to care for your figure and support weight loss, it’s worth incorporating a drink into your daily habits that helps burn fat tissue while you sleep. Here's how to prepare the famous Sassy Water yourself.

Sassy Water is a globally known slimming concoction created by nutrition expert Cynthia Sass, author of the Flat Belly Diet. This dietitian developed a diet dedicated to individuals struggling with overweight and obesity, with this drink as a key element.

Regular consumption of Sassy Water helps effectively eliminate excess fat tissue, especially around the abdomen and buttocks.

Additionally, Sassy Water curbs sudden cravings for unhealthy snacks has anti-inflammatory properties, improves metabolism, speed up digestion, hydrates the body, replenishes electrolytes, and aids in removing toxins from the body.

This drink also boosts immunity against bacterial and viral infections, removes excess water from the body, cleanses the intestines of food residues, lowers cholesterol levels, and helps combat issues such as constipation and bloating.

Sassy Water's composition includes, among other things, vitamins C and E, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, and calcium. Its antioxidants reduce the risk of cancer development, reduce oxidative stress, and slow down the body's ageing process.

To prepare Sassy Water, we need lemon, cucumber, 8 glasses of water (about 2 litres), 12 fresh mint leaves, a teaspoon of grated ginger root, and a teaspoon of ground mint.

To prepare the drink, slice the lemon and cucumber and place them in a glass pitcher. Add the remaining ingredients listed in the recipe, pour in the water, and refrigerate overnight.

The best results are achieved by drinking the concoction in the morning on an empty stomach. It is also worth drinking it before lunch and two hours before bedtime. The recommended daily dose is about 2 litres. The regimen should last 7 days, after which you should take a day off and drink for the next two days. After every two days, take a day off and continue this cycle for a month. After 4 weeks of the regimen, take a break of equal duration.

The best results will be achieved by drinking this drink with a 1600 kcal diet. Within a week, losing 1 kg and a few centimetres in the waist is possible. The effects of Sassy Water have not been scientifically studied
