Russia intensifies attacks across Ukraine: Missiles and drones target multiple cities

In the early hours, Russia launched a significant attack on Ukrainian cities and towns. The Armed Forces report that cruise missiles and drones might appear over almost every region of Ukraine.

"Missile threat to the northern, southern, and eastern regions due to the risk of launching cruise missiles from Tu-95MS aircraft. The estimated time of cruise missiles entering Ukrainian airspace is around 4:00 AM GMT from the northeast," - the Ukrainian military alerted.

In addition, it was reported that several drone groups were heading toward Kyiv from the southwest and Starokostiantyniv from the northwest.

Odessa and Kharkiv under fire. There are victims

Earlier, there were reports of explosions in Odessa and Kharkiv.

"The enemy attacked Odessa. From a tactical aircraft from the Black Sea, they targeted Odesa with a guided missile. Our air defense forces destroyed the missile," - reported the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.

There were no casualties in Odessa.

Six people were killed in the shelling of Kharkiv. Multi-story residential buildings, dormitories, administrative buildings, a petrol station, and cars were damaged.

All specialized services are working at the missile-hit sites. The police are documenting facts concerning further crimes committed by the Russian military.

Russians also launched drones towards Kyiv. For the second day in a row, they attacked with drones, as well as missile projectiles, in the Zaporizhzhia region. Industrial plants in this area were damaged, as reported by the Ukrinform agency.
