Great news for all Potterheads, particularly those who also have a fondness for LEGO bricks. The Danish company is gradually unveiling the sets that will be launched next year. Releases from this year have already set a high standard, with the collectible edition of The Burrow and the Durmstrang ship being excellent choices not only for fans of the wizard's adventures but also for avid builders keen on acquiring unique pieces that are perfect for display.
The preliminary list of next year's releases includes as many as seven items. Amongst them are models that have been seen before, such as the Knight Bus and the Flying Lesson. However, LEGO is also offering something completely new that is worth the wait.
LEGO and (un)official announcements: what's new from "Harry Potter"?
Let's explore the announcements of new LEGO sets for 2025.
- LEGO 76441: Hogwarts Castle: Dueling Club - 158 pieces
A recreation of the iconic scene from "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." It is likely that this set will be part of a modular castle. Minifigures that may be included are Gilderoy Lockhart, Severus Snape, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, and Justin Finch-Fletchley.
- LEGO 76442: Hagrid's Motorcycle - 204 pieces
Hagrid's flying motorcycle, which originally belonged to Sirius Black, is featured in the films twice: first, when the groundskeeper brings young Harry to the Dursleys' home, and again in "The Deathly Hallows" during the transfer of Harry to safety. This set is particularly suitable for younger children.
- LEGO 76443: Hogwarts Castle: Charms Class - 204 pieces
The first spell lesson with Professor Flitwick evokes the memorable line cherished by many "Harry Potter" fans: "It's leviOsa, not levioSA!" It will likely resemble the Potions Class module from 2024.
- LEGO 76444: Diagon Alley in Microscale - 2,750 pieces
While a full-sized Diagon Alley is already available in stores, this set features miniature versions of all the buildings from the films. It's utterly charming and continues the series that began with LEGO set 76419 Hogwarts Castle and Grounds.
- LEGO 76446: The Knight Bus - 499 pieces
This new version of the set might offer more intricacy to the familiar construction. Inside, you can expect figures of Harry Potter, driver Ernie Prang, and conductor Stanley Shunpike.
- LEGO 76447 Hogwarts Castle: Flying Lesson - 651 pieces
Another component of the castle, this time significantly larger. You will probably find minifigures of Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, and the rare Madam Hooch.
This LEGO set is coming out for the first time: Malfoy Manor looks amazing
LEGO 76453 Malfoy Manor is a standout. The build contains 1,601 pieces, which will certainly keep even experienced builders occupied for quite some time. Malfoy Manor is being introduced as a LEGO set for the first time and does so with great flair. It boasts plenty of details, numerous minifigures (including the unique Narcissa Malfoy). All that's left to do is ready your wallet!
The materials are preliminary; the appearance of the sets and other details have yet to be officially confirmed by LEGO.
