Rainbow pasta: A colorful twist for a memorable dinner

A delicious rainbow pasta is perfect for a fun and tasty lunch. Not only is it one of the youngest's favourite dishes, but serving it in several colours will also instantly capture the hearts of every child. And it's no surprise because just one look at the beautiful pasta is enough to make you hungry. Moreover, you can add various toppings to such a meal. It's worth considering the personal preferences of the youngest to make the prepared lunch suit them 100%. 

Ingredients:

• 400 grams of spaghetti,
• 1/4 teaspoon purple food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon pink food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon blue food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon green food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon yellow food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon orange food colouring,
• 1/4 teaspoon red food colouring
• 2 tablespoons of water for each portion. 

Preparation method:

Step 1. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water according to the package instructions. Drain it thoroughly and rinse it with cold water.

Step 2. Divide the cooked pasta into smaller portions, then put each portion into a zip-lock bag.

Step 3. This is, of course, not the end of the work for this original lunch. Add food colourings to each portion (a different colour for each bag) and pour in 2 tablespoons of water to each.

Step 4. Finally, seal each bag tightly and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients well. 

Step 5. Transfer the colourful pasta to bowls and serve with your favourite toppings. And that's it, enjoy your meal!
