  • 420 grams of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar,
  • 3-4 pieces of kiwi,
  • 240 millilitres of milk,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 300 grams of sugar,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • 120 millilitres of oil.

Preparation:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Beat until fluffy.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour and vanilla sugar.
  3. Gradually add the milk and oil to the egg mixture, constantly beating.
  4. Then, mix the dry ingredients (flour and vanilla sugar) gently.
