Much of the information provided by Russian media or government representatives is part of propaganda. These reports are components of the information war waged by the Russian Federation.

A recording of a segment of the programme featuring Kremlin chief propagandist Vladimir Solovyov was posted on platform X by Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"They should be grateful to Putin"

- I believe that Russian, Chinese, and Indian peacekeeping forces should be stationed along the Atlantic coast - the shared video segment reveals. - And North Korean - adds Solovyov shortly after.

- We could also establish the headquarters of these peacekeeping forces on islands, should there be any that were once under the control of the historic British colonial government - his statement continues, concluding with: - Everything depends on how much they comprehend the power of our armed forces. The entire political Western establishment should be grateful for President Putin and his patience.

The Russian propagandist is known for many such appearances and similar assertions. As a presenter on the state broadcaster Russia 1, he frequently discusses the war in Ukraine, endorsing Moscow's actions.

He has previously suggested, among other things, that nuclear weapons should be used to destroy arms transshipment points for Ukraine in Poland, Slovakia, and Germany, as well as sites where Ukrainian soldiers are trained. He also threatened Germany, claiming that "recently, relations between Moscow and Berlin have deteriorated" and "if the Kremlin so desires, it could take over the country."
