Putin recruits killers: Convicted murderers join fight in Ukraine

Vladimir Putin has no scruples. Criminals and murderers are being recruited for the war with Ukraine. After a few months, they leave the battlefield and return to the country. This time, Yuri Grichenko, who has committed at least four murders, was supposed to go to the front. He also attempted to kill random women ten times.

Russian human rights defenders have repeatedly reported that criminals are fighting in the Kremlin's ranks. They estimated that up to 50,000 prisoners from correctional facilities may have found themselves on the front.

Olga Romanova explained that prisoners are ideal fighters for the Russian authorities. They have experience in taking lives and often have been to war. They don't want to sit in prison and will do anything to get to the front. The problem is that they commit serious crimes once again upon returning to the country.

The Belarusian channel Nexta reports another degenerate who was supposed to be released from serving his sentence and sent to the front. This is Yuri Grichenko.

Serial killer fights in Ukraine

Grichenko is described as a serial killer. The media widely cover his actions. He comes from Zelenograd, located near Moscow. In the past, he worked in the police but was expelled for drunkenness.

According to Wikipedia, he committed his first murder back in the 1990s. He killed a prostitute with a frying pan because she wanted to rob him. Only in April 2001 he attacked five women with a hammer. Two could not be saved. He struck them from behind in broad daylight. In the autumn, he committed two more murders and seriously injured five women.

He was caught because one of the victims resisted and described his appearance to the police. After attacking another woman, a random man detained and injured him. Psychiatrists determined that he did not suffer from any mental disorders.

He was sentenced to 22 years in prison. According to Nexta, he was supposed to leave prison this summer, but last year he signed a contract and joined the medical evacuation platoon in the "Storm Z" unit.
