Recipe for pilgrim's slaw
Ingredients:
- 2-3 cucumbers,
- half a head of white cabbage,
- 1 small bunch of dill,
- a bunch of radishes,
- salt,
- black pepper,
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt.
Preparation:
- Shred the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Add about half a teaspoon of salt, mix, and briefly knead by hand. Set aside for a while to release the juice.
- Wash the cucumbers and radishes and cut them into thin slices or grate them. Chop the dill.
- Squeeze the cabbage's juice and transfer it to a bowl with the cucumbers, radishes, and dill.
